COMMUNITY SERVICE AND ACCOLADES
NATIONAL CHARITY LEAGUE
National Charity League is an organisation that allows young women to volunteer and give back to their community. In the organisation I held roles as historian and event planner. Some events I participated in and planned was a baby shower at a local women's shelter and Sunday night bingo at the local children's shelter.
CHALLENGER Â BASEBALL
I was a challenger baseball volunteer for 4 years. This organisation is a baseball league for children and young adults that have physical or mental disabilities. I was in charge of helping teach the sport to the players as well as teaching them the value of teamwork. I helped to teach the children communication skills and how to be a positive teammate.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RECOGNITION
While working at the SAP Center I received over 6 spirit awards for my outstanding customer service skills. I was able to obtain these by providing a excellent shopping experience to a secret shopper customer and received a 100% on their evaluation of me. They evaluated my communication skills, helpfulness, and demeanor.
