For five years I worked as a ticket seller at The SAP Center. I was often the first interaction a guest would have with an employee of the center. I ensured that every customer had a positive experience at the ticket window. On numerous occasions I was awarded with a spirit token for outstanding customer service.

I was a server at the Coral Tree Tea House for over a year during that time I became a vaulable asset to this small business. I ensured that guests had a pleasant dining experience and were eager to return. While working there I received numerous positive Yelp reviews for my excellent service.

SUMMER 2017
During my summer job at Dior I worked on the floor and assisted makeup artists in teaching customers about the products. During my time at Dior I was able to learn valuable skills in selling and working with a luxury brand. I won several sales based weekly competitions. I also  had an opportunity to represent the management team at a Westfield Remodelling Meeting, taking notes and reporting back the plans of mall remodel.
